Low-temperature fermentation in steel vats. Aged on lees for 3 weeks, Soil : Silt-clay-limestone. A 100% Chardonnay with a beautiful bright yellow colour with green reflects Peach, pear and citrus fruit notes. Round and fresh with vanilla hints.
