Predominantly juniper and citrus, with aromatic red berry roundness and liqurice spice.
Tasting Notes - Finish
The finish is remarkably smooth and dry, driven by waxy pine and liquorice notes. Although the earlier jammy nose and palate gives way to the waxy pine and angelica, an essence of blackberry and raspberry remains on the tongue long after the spirit has gone.
