The Dalmore Valour is a Travel Exclusive, crafted to honour an astonishing act of bravery by an ancestor of Clan Mackenzie, owners of The Dalmore distillery for over a century. Maturated initially in American ex - bourbon casks, the spirit is then transferred to 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry wood casks from Gonzales Byass, before finessing in port pipes from the Douro region in Portugal.
