This is a unique Rosé done form Refosco grape, a part of which slightly dried in the appassimento process after harvest, thereby concentrating their acidity and giving them greater freshness and elegance. This process make a rosè with carachter. Excellent as an aperitif and with antipasti, light pasta dishes, shellfish and seafood.
