Tenuta di Collalbrigo Prosecco DOCG is the product of low-yielding vineyards in the hill of Collalbrigo, one of the ‘Rive of Prosecco’ and part of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The wine rested on its lees for 120 days before bottling. Given its long maturation, its shelf life is of minimum 2 years and the wine is expected to improve its tasting profile in the first year from bottling. All Tenuta di Collalbrigo’s wines can be considered vegan-friendly as we do not use any protein-based products at any stage of the winemaking process.
