Terms and conditions
- This offer is jointly provided by (1) Dufry International AG and (2) Avios Group Limited (AGL) (each a “Promoter” and jointly the “Promoters”).
- To be eligible for this offer, a participant must be at least 18 years old, be a member of the British Airways Executive Club (“BAEC”) or Iberia Plus and hold a valid Red By Dufry account (“Eligible Participant”). In order to verify eligibility for the Offer, the Promoters may require that an Eligible Participant provide proof of age and identity.
- To earn Avios in-store, an Eligible Participant must go to their Red By Dufry app and link their BAEC or Iberia Plus account to their Red By Dufry account and select that linked account as their preferred account. A BAEC or Iberia Plus account can only be linked to one Red By Dufry account and the holder of the linked accounts must be the same person.
- A onetime bonus of 250 Avios for each Red By Dufry member will be credited once in their lifetime, after linking your first BAEC or Iberia Plus account to your Red By Dufry account and completing a qualifying transaction.
- Qualifying Spend is the final price, excluding any applicable taxes, for the purchase of Eligible Goods (see below) at a Participating Dufry Store (see below) made by an Eligible Participant who has presented their Red By Dufry QR Code for scanning when making an eligible purchase.
Alternatively, at Participating Dufry Stores in Spain only, Iberia Plus members can present their airline membership card and have their respective code scanned to earn Avios, in which case no Red By Dufry membership is required. This feature is not available when using self-checkout terminals.
- Earn Rate and Limits: The earn rate is 1 Avios per £/€ of Qualifying Spend. A maximum of 3,000 Avios can be earned per transaction. A limit of 5 transactions per day and 30 per month applies, i.e., any transactions in excess of such limits will not constitute a Qualifying Spend. If the purchased goods are returned, the Avios credit will be reversed automatically.

- Eligible Goods: With the exception of (i) products listed as non-eligible goods on the following list [Refer to clause number 15] or (ii) products labelled in store to be excluded from earning Avios, all goods sold at Participating Dufry Stores are eligible to earn Avios. The offer applies to Eligible Goods reserved through the Reserve&Collect service.
- Earned Avios will typically be awarded within 72 hours of a Qualifying Spend.
- Retrospective claims for Avios are not possible.
- Each Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without any liability. Each Promoter reserves the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this offer and/or to deduct or reverse Earned Avios if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent or unlawful.
- The Promoters and their affiliates, agents or subcontractors will not be liable or accept any liability vis-a-vis an Eligible Participant or other person for any loss or damage or for any personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with this offer or a persons participation. Mandatory statutory rights, that cannot be excluded, are not affected.
- This offer shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Basel, Switzerland. Legal recourse against the Promoters is excluded to the extent permitted.
- The Promoters decisions regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants about it.
