Distilled at a 300 acre estate just outside Belfast, Northern Ireland, we use time-honoured methods and a unique combination of select botanicals including local Black Mountain heather. Among the many awards Jawbox has been named Best Gin in the UK, Best International Gin in Australia and received a gold medal at London Spirits Competition. The name ‘Jawbox’ refers to the nickname for the Belfast sink, a focal point of many kitchens in the city’s Victorian golden age, where most conversations and laughter took place.
