Akashi Takumi Sherry Cask Finish whisky is produced by Eigashima, an artisanal distillery in Japan. It is aged for three years in bourbon casks, then finished in casks that previously contained Oloroso sherry in a process that imparts full-bodied aromas of ripe fruit and almonds to the whisky. • Crafted from 20% malted barley and wheat. • Double distilled in pot stills. • Aged in bourbon casks and finished for at least three months in Oloroso sherry casks.
