This whiskey is made only during the Irish apple harvest (Sept to Nov). We select the finest apples, freshly pressing them to begin a journey of small-batch cider-making. This pressed apple juice is held in oak casks for some months. Our Master Blender then siphons all the fermenting cider, replacing it with precious Tullamore D.E.W. for a further three months. The result is a rare and noble Irish whiskey that is the essence of Ireland, with notes of toasted oak tinged with cider sweetness to engage and delight the palate of true Irish whiskey lovers.
