Ballantine's 7 Bourbon Finish is a Scotch whisky, aged for seven years before being finished in bourbon barrels all the way from the USA. Give yourself the best of both worlds: the depth of Scotch with the sweetness of bourbon. Each of the whiskies in the blend has been aged for 7 years, before the blend is finished in carefully-selected ex-bourbon barrels, imported from the US. The finish creates a sweetened whisky with increased toffee and caramel notes. We recommend enjoying Ballantine's 7 Bourbon Finish in an Old Fashioned with a couple of dashes of orange bitters to complement the sweet notes of the whisky.
